The Housing Authority of the City of Nanticoke is a Smoke-Free property as per HUD regulations effective July 30th, 2018.

The Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8 Program) is currently closed.

Commissioners’ Meeting:

The Board of Commissioners for the Housing Authority of the City of Nanticoke meets on the third Thursday every other month at 4:00 p.m. in the Community Room of Park Towers beginning in January 2024.
